We currently issue title insurance in Maryland and the District
of Columbia. We anticipate approval to issue Title Insurance
in Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Florida in the
first quarter of 2004.
MANAGING PERSONNEL
Jasen D. Adams, Esq. All transactions are supervised by
Jasen Adams. Mr. Adams founded Adams Title Company in January
2003 to complement his law practice. He has extensive legal
experience in both commercial and residential real estate
transactions. In addition to settlement services, his law
practice includes litigation and transactional work nationwide,
including entitlements and finance structuring on developments
ranging from small residential developments to multi-billion
dollar mixed use communities. Mr. Adams is always on hand
to resolve title issues and to ensure that your transaction
closes on time.
